Can I access the digital materials from the online courses after completing the course?

Yes, after completing the course you will continue to have access to the digital materials for a period of time so that you can refresh your knowledge and continue to benefit from it.

What is the return policy for digital products?

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, we generally do not offer refunds on digital products unless there is a technical issue that warrants a refund. Please contact us if you have a problem with a digital product.

How is digital media delivered?

After purchase, you will receive an email confirmation with a link or access code that will allow you to access the digital media. In some cases, the digital media can also be downloaded directly from our online platform.

Are the therapy products certified or quality tested?

Our Pró-Fono therapeutic products are certified by Anvisa to ensure safety according to Brazilian health standards. Anvisa is the Brazilian health authority that monitors and regulates food, drugs, cosmetics and other health-related products.
