Applications:

Used to promote tongue movement. The exercises can be both isotonic and isometric. In front of a mirror, the patient is asked to hold the handle of the Pró-Fono tongue rejuvenation assistant with one hand and bring the ring in front of the mouth. The patient performs a slight tongue protrusion to achieve its rejuvenation, which can be held for 30 seconds, or to perform a rhythmic and sequential movement to relax and rejuvenate the tongue.

Precautions:

Consult a speech therapist for the correct use of this product. There should be no movement of other facial muscles during tongue exercises.

This training device is made of harmless polypropylene and is 18 cm long. Using a ring with an inner diameter of 1.5 cm, you can train the tip of the tongue to make it narrow and pointed. The tongue sharpener is ideal for isotonic or isometric exercises as well as for passive guidance.
